The products offered for sale are those presented on the website at the time of the order. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractual.

Ethical Commercial Policy (Bay' al-Salam Model)

At Animood, we place transparency, integrity, and ethics at the heart of all our transactions. To ensure fair, secure, and value-driven trade, our store operates according to the contractual commercial principle of Bay' al-Salam (sale with upfront payment and deferred delivery).

What does this mean for you? Bay' al-Salam is a recognized transaction model in which the buyer pays for the goods in full at the time of order, and the seller firmly commits to delivering a very precisely described product, on a date or within a predefined timeframe.

This operating method allows us to optimize our supply chain and offer you our accessories while adhering to fair and unambiguous sales rules.

For this contract to be valid and to protect your rights, we commit to the following points:

  • Rigorous and transparent description: All our items (cooling mats, brushes, etc.) are detailed with the utmost precision. Materials, dimensions, colors, and functionalities are clearly specified so that there is no uncertainty about the nature of the product you are purchasing.

  • Upfront payment upon order: Payment of the full price at checkout seals our contractual commitment to provide you with the requested goods.

  • Defined delivery times: Shipping and delivery times are set and communicated to you clearly before your payment is validated.

  • Absolute guarantee and responsibility: We assume full responsibility for the merchandise until it is delivered into your hands. If, for an exceptional reason, we are unable to deliver the exact product as described and under the agreed conditions, we commit to refunding you in full and without delay.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Animood reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied is that in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within a few business days. The delivery time is approximately 3 weeks. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

7. Refunds

In case of withdrawal or defective product, the refund will be made within 14 days following the receipt of the return.

8. Disputes

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
