Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days, using the same payment method as used for the original order.

Defective Product or Error

If you have received a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us by email. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.
